Glinda C. Anderson is a Human Resource Specialist, Program Developer, Program Coordinator, Facilitator, Resident Advocator, Substance Abuse Counselor, Computer Specialist, Property Manager, Evangelist, and Theologian.

Counselor Anderson has a Master Degree in Public Administration, Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Associate Degree in Science, Minor: Psychology and Political Science; University of DC; Master, Faith Christian Anniversary; Doctor of Divinity, Eastern American University; Associate Degree, Human Resource, OETAS Certification, Calvert County Community College. She is certified to practice alcohol and drug counseling for adult and adolescent services. She is engaged professionally in alcohol and drug counseling and appraisal activities. She provides services such as planning, administering, conducting and evaluating educational activities in the community, counsel and assist in local affiliate organizations, planning and conducting educational activities. She supervises planning, administering and conducting sponsored seminars, and institute other special projects. She is a consultant to other organizations in planning conferences and other educational activities.
